Management Team Bios

David A. Fish
David A. Fish is Chief Executive Officer of IMN. Dave has over 20 years of leadership experience in electronic publishing, online marketing, data management, direct response and database marketing. 

Previous positions include President/CEO of Avaki Corporation (now part of Sybase); Chief Operating Officer at Engage Technologies, Inc., Engineering Director for the One Source data publishing division of Lotus Development Corp. and Vice President of Systems for Epsilon Data Management, Inc. (now a unit of Alliance Data Systems). He has also been involved with several private ventures in electronic publishing, including Narrowcast Technologies, Context Media, and Rocket Science Software. He holds a B.S. degree in computer science and electrical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, an M.S. in information sciences from Harvard Graduate School of Arts and Sciences and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Jeff Mesnik
Jeff Mesnik is Vice President, Business Development and is a Founder of IMN. Jeff has 16 years of sales, sales management and business development experience.

Previous positions include Global Product Marketing Manager for Axis Communications, where he was responsible for the launch of the Axis Web Camera Product Line and ParentNet applications. Jeff built the Web Camera line of business to a $5 Million annual revenue stream in two years. As Business Development Manager and Product Marketing Manager for Spirit Technologies, Jeff introduced new business opportunities and product lines which resulted in $10 Million in new annual revenue. Jeff received a B.A. degree from Brandeis University.

Peter Mesnik
Peter Mesnik is Vice President and founded IMN with his brother Jeff. He has 18 years of technology leadership experience including software development and product management.

Previous positions include founder of WebFiler Development Group, Inc., a spin-off from Alpha Software, General Manager and Principal Architect of the WebFiler product line, which was acquired by SoftQuad, Inc. Peter also held various product management and development roles for Alpha Software, Inc., including managing the releases of Alpha Five, Complete Home Suite, KidSecure and Netmailer. Prior to Alpha, Peter was part of software start-up Within Technologies, Inc., a developer of Visual Basic-like development environment that was acquired by Computer Associates. Peter received a B.S. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Princeton University.

Tim O’Leary
Tim O’Leary is Chief Technology Officer of IMN. Tim has over 13 years of experience in the technology sector with a broad background including database management with entries numbering in the billions.

Previous positions include Senior Vice President of Technology at Epsilon where he evaluated disruptive technologies that would provide Epsilon with a technological advantage in the marketplace. Before Epsilon, Tim held positions at Sports Loyalty Systems in Boston, Insight Architects and Engage Inc. He has designed and delivered key systems for companies such as United Airlines, Hertz Rent a Car, Holiday Inn and many others.

Chris Ellis
Chris Ellis is Vice President, Finance and Administration with IMN. He has over 15 years of finance and accounting experience, including significant experience with software companies providing advertising and marketing solutions.

Previous positions include Controller of Connected Corporation, Corporate Controller at Engage, Inc., Financial Reporting Manager for a publicly held ERP solutions provider and six years in public accounting, including two years with the technology group at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Chris received a B.S. degree in Accounting from University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth and an M.B.A. from Bentley College. He is also a Certified Public Accountant in Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Rodney Green
Rodney Green is Vice President Corporate Development & Operations at IMN. Rodney has over 15 years of experience in the Software, Internet and Database Marketing industries with experience in the areas of strategic corporate planning, alliance partnering, technology licensing, mergers and acquisitions and divestitures.

Previous positions include Vice President of Corporate Development of Engage, Inc. Rodney also held various business development and account management positions for Epsilon Data Management, Inc. (now a unit of Alliance Data Systems). Rodney received a B.A. degree from Colgate University and an M.B.A. from Boston University.

Kimo Kong
Kimo Kong is Worldwide Vice President, Sales and Services at IMN. Kimo has over 20 years of diverse and extensive technology experience in executive sales and general management capacities.

Previous positions include President/CEO, Noverant, Inc., Vice President of International Operations of Oculan, Inc., Founder and EVP of Avesair, Inc., Vice President/General Manager of Engage, Inc. and Vice President of Sales at Accipiter, Inc. where he was responsible for the technologies division. He also held sales management positions with Integral, a provider of back office applications and Q+E/Intersolv, a provider of database middleware and business analysis tools. Kimo received a B.S. degree from University of Nevada at Las Vegas.

Sebastian Leonardi
Sebastian Leonardi is Vice President, Direct Selling and Multichannel at IMN. He has 15+ years of experience and an outstanding record of creating dynamic growth for client companies and leading successful initiatives focused on the implementation and execution of key business improvement and technology alignment strategies.

Sebastian recently served as senior vice president for Integrated Management Services, Inc. (IMS), the leading management & technology consulting firm for the direct selling industry. For the past four years, he has focused his expertise on the direct selling business model and has been instrumental in defining many of the leading best practices and key business drivers in the industry as it relates to systems selection, business process optimization, technology alignment and sales and marketing integration.

Philip Werner
Philip Werner is Vice President, Products at IMN. Philip has over 18 years of software industry experience with an extraordinarily broad background in data integration, application development, content classification, business process management, personalization, online advertising, e-commerce, web site publishing and content management.

Previous positions include VP of Product Management at Avaki Corporation where he was responsible for defining the product strategy that led to the company's successful acquisition by Sybase in April, 2005.  Previous to Avaki, Philip held a variety of software development, product management and operations roles at Engage, Inc., InConcert, Inc., Art Technology Group, Inc., Vermeer Technologies, Inc. and Interleaf, Inc. Philip received a B.A. degree from Carnegie Mellon University and an M.S. in Cognitive Science from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland.
